FISH:

Rich in omega -3  fatty acid, fish should be eaten regularly as the omega-3 fatty acids therein are good for the brain and cardiovascular system.

While Omega-3 is present in most fish, it is the fatty fish that contains more of it. As in salmon, mackeral, sardines, herring, tuna, oyster etc. Fish also has Vitamin D and B2, Calcium, Phosphorous, iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium and potassium.

Fish can be eaten in different ways - curried, stewed, fried, grilled, in salads and baked too.

We start with a baked dish that is an all-time favourite of my family and friends…..
